RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Approach, greet and offer assistance or direction to any guests whether online or in-person.
- Assist guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to guests.
- Build strong rapport with guests.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards and process.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create and foster relationships with customers on the grounds of integrity, professionalism and honesty. Must have the ability to listen and ask appropriate questions to ensure the customer’s needs are met.
- Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.

Part-Time Receptionist, Evenings

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Time management skills to be able to prioritize activities, especially when there is a high volume of tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Positive attitude for greeting customers and clients in a friendly and warm manner upon arrival to the office or through the phone.
- Communication skills to be able to communicate with internal team members or clients and understand their needs .
- Administrative skills to be able to use basic functions within Microsoft office word.
- Flexibility to be able to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change.
- Ability to be flexible with evening shifts starting from 4:30PM to 8:00PM Monday through Thursday, and 8:00AM to 6PM Saturdays..

Heavy Equipment Technician

To support the on-going growth of Wolfe Automotive Group, Wolfe GMC Buick is currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic, safety-oriented, and hands on Heavy Equipment Technician. This position would be suitable for a candidate in their 3rd or 4th year of their heavy equipment apprenticeship or a journeyman red seal heavy equipment technician, or a dual ticketed technician.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interpret work orders and address repairs as indicated
- Remain up-to-date on current trends in industry-relevant technology
- Conduct inspections as per preventative maintenance schedules and safety checks
- Perform repairs and designated preventative maintenance services
- Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, clutches, gearboxes, cooling systems, electrical systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, exhaust, brakes, suspension, etc.
- Complete all necessary administrative paperwork such as inspection forms, work orders, parts/inventory requisition forms, and equipment/vehicle logbooks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety rules and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3rd or 4th year apprentice or journeyman red seal ticket holder
- Possess a valid Alberta Driver's License (Air Endorsement Preferred)
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Think logically and display strong troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, safe work practices and work procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills
